1Basic rules
Users must act honestly, respect other users, provide accurate information, comply with the law and not use the platform for fraud or to bypass security systems.
2Listings
Only real products that you are allowed to sell may be listed. The description, photos, price, condition and category must match the product.
3Communication
Threats, insults, discrimination, spam, extortion, pressure, publication of other people's personal data and malicious links are prohibited.
4Transactions
Users must not deceive buyers or sellers, create fake orders, manipulate payments, abuse returns, ask others to bypass transaction rules or use the platform for illegal transactions.
5Reviews and reputation
Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. Fake reviews, rating manipulation, purchased reviews, review threats and reviews from linked accounts are prohibited.
6Consequences of violations
Wilkoop may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, temporarily or permanently block an account, cancel a transaction, withhold payment or report information to competent authorities if there are legal grounds.
