1General principle
Products and services that are illegal, dangerous, violate the rights of third parties, require special permission, or create an increased risk for users are prohibited on Wilkoop.
2Prohibited categories
You cannot place weapons, ammunition, explosives, narcotic and psychotropic substances, stolen goods, counterfeits, illegal copies, documents, bank cards, personal data, malware, hacked accounts, dangerous chemicals, goods with intellectual property rights violations and goods prohibited by the laws of Belgium, the European Union or the user's country.
3Restricted items
Drugs, medical devices, pet products, select digital products, adult products and other categories may require approvals, age restrictions or additional conditions. If the seller cannot confirm the right to sell, the listing may be removed.
4Wilkoop solution
Even if a product is not directly listed, Wilkoop may remove a listing or restrict an account if the product violates the law, platform rules, or poses a risk to users.
5Reporting violations
Users can report prohibited items through complaint or support. Provide a link to the ad and the reason for the complaint.
