1General principle

Delivery or in-person transfer is agreed between the buyer and the seller, unless another available method is shown on the order page.

2Seller responsibility

The seller must transfer or send the item in the condition described in the listing, package the parcel safely, provide correct shipping data and keep transfer confirmation or tracking details.

3Buyer responsibility

The buyer must provide the correct address, receive the item on time and check the parcel on receipt whenever possible.

4Delivery integrations

If Wilkoop provides a technical delivery integration, it helps arrange shipment but does not make Wilkoop the carrier. Carrier terms apply separately.

5Delivery problems

If a dispute arises, the parties should provide evidence: tracking number, receipt, packaging photos, messages, confirmation of receipt or refusal of delivery.
