2What data is collected
Wilkoop can process name, email, phone, address, city, delivery data, ad data, photos, messages, complaints, disputes, order history, payment data, payout data, IP address, device information, browser information, cookies, login history, account settings, language, theme and technical logs.
If verification is required, Wilkoop or the payment provider may request additional data, including documents, professional status or payment data.
3What is the data used for
Data is used for registration and login, advertising, chat, orders, notifications, payments, payouts, support, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, service improvement, error diagnosis, and compliance with legal obligations.
4Legal basis
Wilkoop may process data to fulfill a contract with the user, based on legitimate interest, user consent, fulfillment of legal obligations and protection of the rights of Wilkoop, users or third parties.
5Data transfer
Data may be transferred to payment providers, banks, delivery services, hosting providers, email, SMS and push notification providers, anti-fraud services, analytical services, legal and accounting consultants, government agencies, as well as other users when necessary for a transaction, delivery, communication or dispute.
Wilkoop does not sell users' personal data.

Messages, attachments, complaints, evidence, and transaction history may be analyzed automatically or manually for security, support, moderation, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance with the law.
7Data storage
Wilkoop stores data only as long as necessary for processing, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal rights protection purposes.
After account deletion, some data may be retained in a limited form if required by law or necessary to protect Wilkoop and other users.

Wilkoop applies reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS, access restrictions, logging, backups, account protection and anti-fraud checks.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, so the user must also protect the password and access to his account.
9User rights
The user can request access to data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

10International transfer
Some technical suppliers may be located outside the user's country or the European Union. In such cases, Wilkoop strives to use legal data transfer mechanisms if required by applicable law.
