The seller creates a listing, adds real photos, description, price, item condition, category and transfer or delivery terms. The listing must describe exactly the product that is being sold.
2Search and selection
The buyer views listings, compares price, condition, photos, city, seller reputation and transaction terms. Before purchasing, the buyer should read the description carefully and ask questions in chat.
3Communication and offers
Users can communicate through Wilkoop, clarify details, negotiate price and send offers. Important agreements should stay in the chat so they can be checked if a dispute arises.
4Order and payment
When the buyer clicks Buy or the seller accepts an offer, an order is created. If payment is required, the buyer receives a limited time to pay. Until successful payment, the item should not be considered finally sold.
5Transfer or delivery
The parties choose an available method for transferring the item. If delivery is arranged independently, the seller is responsible for packaging and shipping, and the buyer is responsible for the correct address and timely receipt.
6After the transaction
After a completed transaction, users can leave feedback, keep the order history and contact support if there is a problem with payment, delivery, the product or the other party's behavior.
