1What is Wilkoop
Wilkoop is an online platform for buying and selling products between users. Here you can post ads, search for products, add them to your favorites, chat, make price offers, place an order and receive transaction notifications.
Wilkoop provides technical tools for transactions, but is not a seller of goods, a buyer, a carrier, a bank or an insurance company. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract of sale is between the seller and the buyer.
2For whom the platform was created
Wilkoop is suitable for private users who sell personal items and professional sellers, as long as they comply with the law and platform rules.
Each user is responsible for the accuracy of their data, honesty of advertisements, correct communication and fulfillment of agreements on the transaction.
3Our principles
We build Wilkoop around simple rules: real ads, respectful communication, clear terms of the deal, fraud protection and the ability to quickly report a problem.
If a dispute arises, Wilkoop processes the materials of a specific transaction only to the required extent: order data, proof of dispatch, photographs, explanations of the parties and technical information related to the appeal.
