Wilkoop may use automatic and manual moderation to look for fraud, prohibited goods, dangerous content, spam, rights violations and other risks.
2User complaints
A user can report an ad, message, account, product, deal, review, or other behavior. The more accurate the description and evidence, the faster you can figure it out.
3Possible measures
Wilkoop may request additional information, hide or remove content, limit features, cancel a transaction, temporarily block an account, permanently block an account, or refer information to competent authorities if there are legal grounds.
4Wrong decisions
If the user believes that the measure was applied incorrectly, he can contact support and provide an explanation or additional evidence.
5Abuse of complaints
Massive false complaints, attempts to harm competitors, or pressure on other users through complaints may result in account restrictions.
