Frequently asked questions
The seller can reserve an item for 1, 7 or 14 days directly from chat. The buyer receives notifications when reserve is set or removed.
Open the order and first message the seller. If the issue is not resolved, use report or contact support with the order number.
If the item does not match the description, did not arrive, or there is a deal problem, contact support and include the order number, item and situation.
